Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be in the original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
To initiate a return, please contact our team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was delivered. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued via your original method of payment, or where applicable, via bank transfer.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned:
Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
Items returned after 7 days of delivery
Items without original packaging or tags
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at [email protected]. Once the order is shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging in your email to [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
